WebJul 31, 2016 · The FITECH tech does control the fan. I even wired it in to the relay ground as it shows in this picture. It Just slipped my head. So this morning I put the battery in and supplied the car with power for the first time in 3 years. When I turn the key to accessory position the engine fans turn on. When I shut key off, the fans keep running.
