Unless someone used a heavy duty rolling technique, I don't think the fenders would be 'tubbed' or have an excessive amount of flaring due to the fender rolling technique most people use.
Web8 sep. 2012 · fender goes on first. inner fenders are a breeze on a camaro, the t/a's go on the inside of the fender lip. they are harder to install. put the fender on and get it lined up then install the inner fender. you can put it in first just don't bolt it in. once the inner fender is installed makes moving the fender around to get lined up a pain. Web3 mei 2012 · As it is now, you can clean off that lip and minimize rusting. If you fold it up, you'll create a 'cup' for water/salt/etc to seep into and have no real way to clean it out too well, especially if you're doing this coz you're going hella flush. Web5 aug. 2011 · So what I'm getting is that the outside lip is ok but the inside wheel tub is rusted. All you really need to do is drill out the spot welds and pull the inner and outer lip apart. then cut out the rusted part. If you can go cut out the section you need at a junkyard.
