Brownie way too oily not cooking

So I think the real problem was either the oven temp is too low (need to get a thermometer!) or that pyrex was somehow messing up the heat in the oven, though I can't see how that would affect things. WebIn a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips, unsweetened chocolate, and butter. Microwave for 1 minute, then stir. Continue heating in 30-second bursts, stirring between each burst, until the mixture is melted and smooth but not scorched. Remove from the microwave and let cool slightly.
